Toronto has one campground, Glen Rouge in Rouge Park. So nearly every GTA trailer spends its off weeks in a lot or a driveway, often unchecked for months. City air adds a greasy traffic film that sealant won’t stick to, which is why GTA roofs need extra prep.

My RV is in a crowded storage lot in the GTA. Can you still work on it?
Usually, yes. We need safe roof access and the lot’s permission for service visits. Send a photo of how the unit is parked and we’ll flag any access problem before booking.
Do you charge extra for Toronto traffic?
Travel is one of the factors in every estimate, and we plan GTA visits around the worst traffic. You see the travel cost before anything is booked.
Why does resealing a city-stored roof need extra prep?
Traffic film and city dust leave a greasy layer on the roof, and sealant won’t bond to it. We degrease and clean first. It adds time to a GTA job, and it’s the step that makes the new sealant hold.
