Terms of Use

The ground rules for using this website and asking us for an estimate. Written to be readable, not to trip you up.

Last updated: August 3, 2026

These terms apply to your use of https://rvroofseal.ca (the “site”), operated by Paul Barrow, a sole proprietor doing business as RV Roof Seal and Ontario RV Repairs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or sending us a request through it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. What this website is

The site provides information about our RV roof repair services and lets you send us a request for an estimate. The information here is general and offered in good faith, but it isn’t professional advice for your specific RV, and we can’t promise it’s complete or free of errors. Every roof is different; the right answer for yours comes from an inspection.

2. Requesting an estimate is not a contract

Sending the estimate form, or otherwise contacting us, starts a conversation. It doesn’t book any work and doesn’t create a binding agreement. No work is scheduled until we’ve confirmed it with you directly. Any repair we do is covered by the separate estimate and service terms we agree with you at that time, which govern the work itself.

3. Estimates and pricing

Prices depend on the RV, the roof, and what we find. An estimate is our best assessment based on the information and photos available; it isn’t a fixed quote until we confirm it after seeing the roof. You see the full estimate before any work begins. Nothing gets done that you haven’t approved, and the number doesn’t change without your say-so.

4. The work we do and its honest limits

We aim to do careful, durable work and to be straight with you about what a repair can and can’t achieve. RV roofs age, and water damage can be hidden until work begins. We don’t make “permanent fix” promises or guarantees we can’t stand behind, and results can depend on the condition of your roof, how the RV is used and stored, and factors outside our control.

5. Insurance claims

Where you ask, we provide photos, notes, and estimates you can give to your insurer. Coverage decisions are your insurer’s alone. We never promise or guarantee that a claim will be covered, and we aren’t responsible for your insurer’s decisions.

6. We are not an emergency service

We’re a mobile service with no shop location, and we don’t offer emergency call-outs. If your roof is actively leaking, cover what you safely can, then start an estimate and we’ll help you plan next steps.

7. Information and photos you send us

When you send us photos or details, you confirm you’re allowed to share them. You give us permission to use what you send to respond to you, prepare your estimate, and carry out and document the work. We’ll only use your photos in our gallery or marketing with your separate, specific permission. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Our content and brand

The text, images, logos, and design on this site are ours (or used with permission) and are protected by law. You’re welcome to view and share links to the site, but please don’t copy, reproduce, or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.

9. Links to other websites

The site may link to other websites, such as Ontario RV Repairs. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

10. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer protection or other laws that can’t be waived, including Ontario’s consumer protection legislation.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
