Mobile service in Whitby

Close proximity means flexible scheduling, including the quick “come look at this stain” visits that catch leaks early.

From the Port Whitby marina district up through downtown and Brooklin’s new subdivisions, and out to the hamlets of Ashburn and Myrtle where much of Whitby’s RV population actually spends the winter. All of it is minutes from our base.

New subdivisions, old problem: nowhere to park

Whitby’s growth story shapes its RV story. Brooklin’s newer streets have driveways sized for two cars, not a trailer, so a large share of local units get moved to rural storage around Ashburn, Myrtle, and the farm properties north of Winchester Road. Out of sight through the winter means problems get discovered in April instead of November, with five months of freeze-thaw already done.

Down by the lake it flips: Port Whitby units sit in the damp lake air most of the year. Humidity itself doesn’t breach a roof, but it keeps every small breach wet, which is why lakefront-stored units show interior staining faster than the same leak would inland.

Whitby’s RV geography

  • Rural storage around Ashburn & Myrtle

The barns and yards north of Brooklin hold a big share of Whitby’s trailers from October to May. We schedule storage rounds out here. Spring checks catch what winter did before camping season.

  • Brooklin driveways

Units that do fit at home in Brooklin sit on tight new-build driveways. These are our quickest visits: inspection, touch-up sealing, photos, done.

  • Port Whitby & the lakefront

Marina-district owners deal with the dampest microclimate in town. If a stain shows up here, book the look sooner rather than later. Lake air keeps leaks working year-round.
