Photograph everything before touching it, then book an inspection. Impact damage often cracks membrane beyond the visible dent, and our documentation supports an insurance claim if you make one.
There’s green growth on my roof. Is that actually a problem?
Yes. Moss and lichen hold moisture against the membrane full-time and physically lift sealant edges as they grow. It needs careful removal, not power-washing, and the seams underneath need checking. It’s a routine job for us up here.
